Would it be a good idea to install a flowmaster in my 91 Honda Civic LX hatchback?

If I wanted to street tune my

car and make it faster, would it be a good idea to install a flowmaster on a 91 Honda Civic LX hatcback?|||The only Flowmaster that you should even consider putting on your Honda is the Super 60 series specifically designed for import tuners. All other Flowmasters are built for build block American V-8s thus sound retarded on jap-aps.|||I've only heard flowmasters on a honda once. It is very loud and very raspy. If you're going for a deeper and/or more mellow sound, they aren't the way to go.|||The installation of a "flow master" brand muffler on your car will gain you nothing in terms of performance other than noise.

Read up on what works other than bolt on bits from magazine articles as the path we take to building power has not changed in 75 years.
